COSHH RISK ASSESSMENT

Under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Regulations, all CSS Pest Services technicians are required to carry out a risk assessment before using any pesticide, where its application is deemed necessary. This assessment is conducted in accordance with the guidelines set out in the relevant Generic COSHH assessment, alongside the manufacturer’s Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

In addition to COSHH requirements, environmental factors are carefully considered to assess any potential impact. All pesticides used by CSS Pest Services are approved under the Control of Pesticides Regulations, which incorporate environmental considerations as part of the approval process.

A COSHH assessment will always be completed prior to the commencement of any pest management activity. Read our statement on COSHH here.
